Amy Ware is a seasoned healthcare executive with a distinguished career focused on optimizing administrative operations and elevating patient care within oncology. With a solid background in healthcare administration and a deep understanding of oncology services, Amy brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role as the Associate Regional Vice President of Oncology for Sarah Cannon at TriStar Health.
Boasting over 15 years of experience in developing and executing strategic business initiatives to drive clinical performance and growth, Amy has emerged as a key figure in shaping the region's cancer treatment landscape. She actively engages in community outreach programs, patient advocacy efforts, and educational initiatives aimed at promoting cancer prevention and early detection awareness.
Prior to her current position, Amy served as the senior advisor to the CEO at one of the largest cancer programs in the U.S., where she spearheaded strategic and operational initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and expand services. Her collaborative efforts have focused on improving cancer treatment options, increasing access to advanced therapies, and fostering teamwork among multidisciplinary teams.
Currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Franklin University, Amy is deeply committed to advancing her expertise and making significant contributions across the oncology landscape. She holds a Master's degree in Health Administration, a Master's degree in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Amy is also distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, underscoring her commitment to excellence in healthcare leadership.
