Angela Fletcher
Regional Vice President, Capital Division
Angela Fletcher serves as the regional vice president for oncology for the Capital Division. In her role, she supports cancer programs across 18 hospitals in Virginia, New Hampshire, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Angela most recently served as regional vice president for oncology services for Sarah Cannon in the North Carolina Division. During her three years in this role, Angela led the implementation of the Sarah Cannon governance structure and oversaw the advancement of four clinical programs to meet the highest quality standards. She also previously served as the vice president of clinical programs and acute medicine for Mission Health. Angela started her career at Mayo Clinic Rochester in clinical operations, quality, and systems engineering.
Angela holds a Master of Arts in organizational leadership with a focus on healthcare and ethical leadership from the College of St. Catherine, and a Bachelor of Science Teaching undergraduate degree from Winona State University. She holds Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma Greenbelt Certifications, and recently served as the sponsor for the Women’s Colleague Network for the North Carolina Division.
