Ethel Randall, MBA, RTM
Regional Vice President, South Atlantic Division
Ethel Randall is the Regional Vice President of Cancer Services for the South Atlantic Division, specifically focusing on the oncology service line in Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ethel is responsible for leading programmatic initiatives for developing and enhancing comprehensive oncology services, ensuring that patients have access to the latest therapies and world-class services across the continuum of care. Previously, Ethel was the Associate Regional Vice President at Medical City Healthcare in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Sarah Cannon, Ethel served as System Director of Oncology Women’s Imaging Services at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she developed and executed new programs across multiple service lines.
She received her Master of Business Administration at Tiffin University and her Bachelor of Arts at Hiram College. She currently serves on the Southern Methodist University Digital Advisory Board and the American Registry of Radiological Technology.
